Disappointed with Kaisers Optical Appt. For one the lady with long dark hair ordered the wrong frames. My glasses broke so I had no glasses for over 5 weeks and went around with headaches, etc. Then it took over 5 weeks for me to get them because they did not pass inspection. Then when I got them they were the wrong frames. I am going around wearing frames that look hideous on me until my original frames come in.
