Sophany Chhim OD was incredibly rude to me. Waited 45 mins at the end of the day after the last patient to see her for an rx recheck (the clinic was not closed at this point) where I just requested her to plug in my rx into the phoropoter just before placing an order for my glasses to make sure accurate since a more recent eye exam elsewhere showed a significantly different rx than the rx kaiser gave me after an exam in may. this takes literally 5 seconds.
