Easy to schedule. Professional, courteous and caring attitude from each KP employee including desk clerk, optical sales and the doctor.
I browsed frames while waiting for my appointment, about 5 minutes. Of the four I selected, my advisor helped me get to a decision in another five minutes. Five minutes later we finished the purchase options and compared it with my coverage. I was back out driving away less than 20 minutes later.
