I needed to have replacement lenses put into my glasses. I purchased the insurance plan early, the plan, and the customer service that I received. We’re both outstanding. Cheryl, the employee that took care of me. Did an outstanding an amazing job. I truly appreciate being part of the Kaiser Permanente family.
Friendly and helpful service from all staff that I interacted with. Great question anticipation and pertinent information provided. Wait time between scheduled appointment and actual appointment was less than 10 minutes.
