I just tried to upgrade my drivers and was told they had changed their software so I need to purchase new software for a minimum of 600.00. After all ready purchasing the software to run the engraver I find this hard to swallow. If they are going to upgrade and change software they should contact current owners and at least offer a window of opportunity to get the new software for free. I do not recommend this company. Poor customer support.
