I saw Dr. De Souza and although I had a lot of questions I felt very rushed and could tell she was getting annoyed. It didn't seem like she cared to get to the root problem of my skin concerns or what would be causing issues, just giving out medications and pushing heavily on laser treatment. What irritated me more than anything is that when I needed to get a prior authorization for a prescription this office was IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. Dr DeSouza & her staff were extremely friendly, professional & thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
I enjoyed meeting Dr. De Souza during my visit today. She was very knowledgeable regarding my main concern and was even able to help address a concern a had outside of my initial reason for the appointment. Very happy with the service that was provided!
I had to wait a bit longer than usual, but they apologized. The staff and Dr. De Souza are wonderful
Dr. De Souza is exceptional. Her personality, bedside manner and knowledge are beyond comparison to any type of physician that I’ve come in contact with. I wish she could be my primary care physician!
