작년 11월에 여름 골프장에서 착용할 선글라스를 맞췄습니다. 검안을 받고 썬글라스 값은 별도로 $600을 지불했습니다. 올 4월에 처음 골프장에서 착용했더니 시야가 심하게 굴곡이 생기고 땅이 울렁거려 보여, 도저히 착용할수 없어 안경점으로 다시 가져갔습니다. 직원분이 살펴보더니 무료로 교체해 주겠다며 2주후에 찾으러 오라 하더군요. 1시간 후에 다시 전화오더니 품질보증기간 4개월이 지나 렌즈값을 제가 부담해야 한다고 말을 바꿉니다. 현장에서 검안까지 받고 맞춘 썬글라스가 쓸수 없을정도로 왜곡되어 보이는데, 원래 골프용으로 원거리 시력용으로 맞춰 그렇다는 궤변을 늘어놓으면서 자기들의 실수를 만회할 기회까지 걷어차는 이곳 안경점의 행태는 실력도 없고, 자신의 실수로 인한 손님의 피해는 외면하는 무책임한 서비스 마인드를 보여주는 단적인 모습이라 생각합니다. 먹고 떨어지라고 맞췄던 구찌 썬글라스 던져주고 나왔습니다.
Five years ago, I left a 5-star review, and after another great experience this year, I felt it was worth updating it. I’ve been coming to Vision Crew Optical for over 10 years and have never felt the need to go anywhere else. My prescription is around -7.00, so I’ve always avoided larger frames because I was concerned about thick lenses. I have been a customer here since covid Sophie has always provided excellent service, and she is very friendly.
As senior, I & my spouse have become loyal customers in this optometry, which always showing excellent services of before/after sales. For instance, today one male staff advised us to postpone new purchase of eye glasses instead to keep wearing the present ones by adding two rubber hooks. All was free & we felt really treated honestly. No doubt we remain good fans to this shop.
