Vision Was able to help me through the process of getting a new Impact resistant roof on a home we were buying. They came in lower than most other estimates with a bunch of free upgrades. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have exterior repairs done.
They put a new roof on for us and the whole experience was smooth and painless. I appreciate that they were transparent with me and explained things I didn’t understand. They made sure our insurance didn’t give us a run around and everyone we interacted with was pleasant and kind.
Came in a neighborhood I have a rental property on knocking on doors to offer roof estimate. My tenant told them she wasn't the owner and they continued to do an inspection going on my property without my permission. Then asked my tenant for her email to send the estimate to. She felt intimidated and not comfortable so gave them email to get them gone. Tenant also mentioned where they got on the roof the gutter is damaged. Great company! I love that it's family owned and operated. They were friendly, explained the process well, reasonably priced and their contractors were FAST and cleaned up great after they were done. Our new roof looks great - very happy with everything!
