Vision Computer AVOID!! Vision Computer Tech Support is not what it seems, they advertise US tech support with average wait time of 15 seconds. However, as soon as they pick up they ask to put you on hold (as if you had a choice) After a 20 minute wait, the only thing their tech support does is tell you have to call the manufacturer to get support for your computer. Probably just as well, not being from New Dehli I couldn't understand what the Vision Computer rep was saying anyway.
Customer NO SERVICE Vision Computers shipped the wrong product. Staff did not communicate. They were unwilling to correct the problem. They would not work with the vendor to get the correct product delivered. After giving me the runaround for a week, they had only one solution send the product back for a refund. Then to add insult to injury, They called to say if their vendor not received the product back within 14 days they would not give me a refund. Custom-Configured Computers Vision Computers advertises a lot on the radio and, I believe, sells to a lot of companies. Much of their sales is done over the Web, but their store is on Jimmy Carter just west of I-285. I have bought two computers from them for personal use, the latest in December, 2009.
