my laptop charging port got fried. and Bobby from Visions Computer Services was able to get the laptop all fixed super fast and was keeping me updated the entire time. Great Service!
The service call was prompt, the computer tech, Bobby, was good about everything on the computer, and the experience was very pleasant.
My family and I have trusted Vision Computer Services for many years to help resolve any computer issues. They have fixed computers, updated software, and moved data. Most recently, Bobby helped me get set up with a good computer that would meet my need for more storage. He transferred all of my files, uninstalled un-needed programs, and helped the transition to go smoothly. He explained all of the issues clearly and finished the work quickly and efficiently. I am extremely happy with the quality of service I have received.
