Horrible. Every time we call just a waste of our time. Never solve any problem. Only thing they know is fine, fines, and more fines. I would like to give 0 star if I can.
I am a residental property manager who often has to work with community managers as I manage a unit within a complex. I've found Vision to be far and away the worst company to work with. Their lack of follow through and detail is unbelieveable. Don Atkins who manages Thunderbird Paseo literally lied directly to my face as if I didn't know anything about construction.
