I love the visionclinic in Ozark.!! Everyone when you walk in the door are friendly and very thorough. The girl that does the measurements along with the doctor to an excellent job of taking care of your eyes. The person where you order your glasses is never pushy but gives good suggestions. Let you know a particular type of frame that you're looking for where to look for it. Let you know exactly what the insurance will pay so that you know how to choose. Best place I've been to and many many years
Very nice, very clean and very knowledgeable. Thanks this place my eyes are able to see!! Staff here have good vibes and fun! I won’t get my eyes checked anywhere else but here. My glasses have really boosted my self esteem on how I see myself. Thank you Vision Clinic-Ozark for you all and your services.
Called and told them early on what I needed. They acted liked it was no big deal. Turns out, they don’t do it at all. If they would have told me upfront I would have made other plans.They were sure to take a picture of the back of my eye before telling me they couldn’t do what the focal point of me being there was then charging me and my insurance. Wouldn’t have drove 40 minutes if they would have told me upfront they don’t do it. Bait and switch.
I was impressed on how busy they were and how efficient things move around the Ozark location! Great staff!
Every employee there is so sweet and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable and want to give you the best experience.
