I along with my family have been a client of Vision Clinic, the Burlington store for over 20 years. Over that period of time we purchased well in excess of 20 pairs of glasses plus contacts lenses (for my daughter). These numbers speak for themselves. The owner and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable in the field and are always willing to work hard to meet their customer's needs. Way to go!
Amazing selection of frames. They had time for me, even as a walk-in. And they were very professional and wonderful to do business with.
UPDATE: FANTASTIC customer service and resolution of a bad experience. The issue seemed to be with one employee who may have been new. Given the response we got later I am sure that it was a one off. The Manager went above and beyond to fix the situation. This was so appreciated as we have always had great service here.
Great experience! Knowledgeable staff, never felt rushed at trying to make a decision. They made it easy by going thru insurance for me. Lots of choices in glasses.
