The front desk staff was prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, and the shop feels very family-run and warm I felt welcomed (just like Dhaka) I wasn’t rushed at all while choosing my glasses, and the staff member who helped me had great fashion sense, which made the process easy.
