Adam from Vision City is outstanding! I live in Melbourne, visit the parents in Coolangatta, and bought a pair of glasses last time I was up there. Unfortunately, I had a minor mishap while playing sports and needed a repair. Adam called me to let me know he had received the glasses in the post, fixed them straight away, and express posted them back to me on the same day. Excellent customer service!
