I can't begin to express how upset I am!!! My 15 year old son who is so careful with his glasses broke the second pair from here! I came out of pocket the first time to buy a new pair not even 2 weeks later the arm broke again! I brought them on my lunch to be fixed and the brat behind the counter tells me I have to pay again and the don't have the glasses it will take 2-3 weeks to get them in, so I said what is my son supposed to do?
