After I got a pair of glasses here I vowed never again. I still go here for my eye exams which are fairly priced, but the glasses I got had super thick lenses and when I was unhappy with them they told me there was nothing they could do. I went to Vogue Optical on the Northside and they were super friendly and helpful and I got exactly what I wanted and when I wasn't happy with my first pair, they were able to replace them at no cost.

I booked online for an appointment and Walmart Vision Centre confirmed the schedule. Upon arriving on my appointment, store was closed.

I never thought I would go to Walmart for my optometry issues. But I'm glad I did. The staff was fantastic, the doctor was fantastic, the office was clean and friendly and basically one of the best optometry experiences I've had.

I will not be buying eye glasses at Wal-Mart vision center again. I got my eye exam in July 2023 and bought my eye glasses afterwards and I had to take the glasses back twice within a month because they scratch so easy. All I have been using on the glasses was the Mico cloth that they provided me with. I wet them before cleaning them and all I get is scratch.
