I've been going to this establishment since I was 18 years old. It WAS wonderful. Quick service, friendly staff. But, since the new owners took over, I've had nothing but aggravation. Extremely long wait times for the appointment (at least 1.5 -2 hours), and now I have been jerked around sInce November 27th when i ordered glasses. "2-3 weeks" that time frame came and went. Rude receptionist and rude eye glass fitter been waiting 3 weeks still no glasses first pair could only see one word clear the rest were blurred asked to expand the field of vision on them and am still waiting I have Davis insurance only partispant should have paid out of pocket and gone else where this practice is a hot mess plan on spending 1 1/2 hours there
