Vision Central was recently introduced to me by a friend. Charlie is wonderful in welcoming customers and making them feel at ease. George is thorough with his testing and really understands the uniqueness of each customer's needs. He doesn't rush anyone - preferring to spend time with the customer to ensure they are comfortable and understand his diagnosis. The after care from Charlie is also excellent. CUSTOMER SERVICE? The motto of any retail business surely must be that the customer is right, or at least be given the benefit of doubt. A few years back I consulted George to upgrade my reading glasses. What I ended up with was multifocal "latest technology European" glasses. Since I did a lot of proofreading and computer work at my job, George suggested the new prescription would help with both tasks.
