After paying for my contacts, I get a call two days later mentioning “They made an error on their part and I owe them additional money”. This should’ve been caught beforehand
New glasses less than 6 months old and already scratched using only their supplied micro cloth. Did not offer to help remedy the problem or anything! Will not be going back to them.
I went in to see Dr Clark. I was met by a very nice staff. This was my first visit and I was quite pleased. I chose the right place for my eye care.
During my visit to get a new pair of glasses and new Rx for contacts, I had the pleasure of working with Shuntae. She was lovely. She not only helped me find a pair of glasses, she went above and beyond to make sure I had some trial contacts so that I could be productive in my daily life. She was completely wonderful. Shuntae most definitely knows how to deliver the best customer service. If you go to VSC make sure to ask for her .
