This place has the rudest staff I have ever encountered at a medical facility. When we walked in the front door, they didn't greet us or anything - they just said "you have to go to the other building." At the other building, they took payment for the procedure and then directed us right back to the desk at Vision Center South, who immediately asked us to pay more money and refused to explain what it was for. When I asked for an explanation she said "I can't tell you anything. You'll have to wait a week for a detailed bill."... read more
