The receptionist is so rude. Every time I call she makes me feel for lack of a better word, an idiot. I wish the optometrist would know they are loosing 3 patients. I won’t be taking my family there ever again. It’s upsetting the way the front staff treat patients. Dr. Tan Vu is an amazing person. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have been taking my son here for years.
Please hire new receptionist that want to work and treat people with respect and kindness . They never answer the calls I have been in the office and see how they treat patients and people ,on the phone they have no respect all attitude. It’s very simple to treat people with respect and kindness even when having a bad day.
I had a rude experience here before with one of their employees , they were rude when asking me what was it that I needed . However the manager was extremely helpful getting back to me apologizing for their worker and letting me know that they have brought up the situation to them and talked to them, which I really appreciate them doing !
I have gotten glasses here before but they are rude . They never pick up your calls and they send a message to you so you can text them . Even when you text them they are very rude . I texted them to ask for hours today and they responded work all caps “HELLO, WHAT IS IT THAT YOU NEED?” . They do not know how to handle customer service well .
I’ve been a returning patient at this facility for many years and the eye doctors are top notch. Variety of brands, prices and styles available for glasses. Support is great I highly recommend this office but do not sleep on booking your yearly appointments they have many customers you will wait +3 months for an appointment after tax season.
