Very good Dr and staff very friendly they have a lot of options on glasses and the staff is very helpful.
Receptionists are all incompetent and have very disgusting attitudes. The older lady with the frizzy, unkept curly hair who wears glasses was very rude and nasty to me. She expected me, a patient, to bring her my own medical chart that is made by the Doctor. I saw them both taking personal calls and texting on their phone under their desks while “working”. Everyone there is dismissive and clearly hates their job. This place needs new staff with better attitudes at the minimum!
The receptionist is so rude. Every time I call she makes me feel for lack of a better word, an idiot. I wish the optometrist would know they are loosing 3 patients. I won’t be taking my family there ever again. It’s upsetting the way the front staff treat patients. Dr. Tan Vu is an amazing person. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have been taking my son here for years.
Please hire new receptionist that want to work and treat people with respect and kindness . They never answer the calls I have been in the office and see how they treat patients and people ,on the phone they have no respect all attitude. It’s very simple to treat people with respect and kindness even when having a bad day.
I had a rude experience here before with one of their employees , they were rude when asking me what was it that I needed . However the manager was extremely helpful getting back to me apologizing for their worker and letting me know that they have brought up the situation to them and talked to them, which I really appreciate them doing !
