This place is a scam literally i bought glasses with my own money and used my insurance for the lenses the frames i bought for like 170 something I asked the person if they could refund me if I dirent like them she said yes as long as you come in your return period. Been coming here for over 15 years now and Dr.Vu is amazing. Very thorough and extremely polite. There are a bunch of reviews regarding the staff and I've mentioned it to Dr. Vu and he's working on it. His staff as far as reception go are the reason he has so many negative reviews. I'm hoping there are some internal changes soon but as far as Dr. Vu's work, it's amazing. I've seen maybe 6 or 7 other optometrists but have always returned to him even if it was out of the way.
