Negatives about the office: - Dr. Anna Torres, unprofessional, awkward, impersonal, gave unsolicited advice - inefficient and incomplete annual exam - Weird hierarchy and vibes in the office. (sometimes the Dr. would just sit on her stool in the receptionist office and just watch the staff work, so awkward) - dusty equipment and dirty bathroom
RecommendedDr. Torres and reception staff were both friendly and accommodating. They are thorough in explaining my daughter’s eye condition and gave options for her eyeglasses package. Hopefully we’ll be hearing back on time for the release of her glasses...
I was so impressed with Dr. Torres' attention to my eye health. She didn't just run through a list of things to check like a factory. She took genuine interest in my health, my vision, and as a photographer, my eyes are my life. I also scored some gorgeous glasses and sunglasses. I had a hard time choosing because her selection was fab. The staff was super nice, too. I highly recommend Optometric Vision Center of Claremont.
