Terrible experience getting our eye exam here. My husband and I had a double appointment and both completed our exams. However, when we were leaving, the doctor simply handed a paper to her assistant, which turned out to be my husband’s prescription, without any explanation. She never discussed his results, didn’t explain why he needs glasses, and didn’t answer any questions. Really terrible experience. They leave when they want to so the hours don't actually count and the glasses came crooked and damaged. I'm so disappointed.
Glasses take more than 2 weeks. Expect unnecessary delays
Avoid Optometrist Gill. After waiting for 1hr patiently, when i asked, her answer was a rude "I DONT KNOW, EITHER U WAIT OR REBOOK OR CANCEL N GO SOMEWHERE ELSE", her exact words. What is the point of appointments, when always running late. Supposedly she always come in late (as per her staff). Does have even basic courtesy to acknowledge and update patients if running late.
