Avoid Optometrist Gill. After waiting for 1hr patiently, when i asked, her answer was a rude "I DONT KNOW, EITHER U WAIT OR REBOOK OR CANCEL N GO SOMEWHERE ELSE", her exact words. What is the point of appointments, when always running late. Supposedly she always come in late (as per her staff). Does have even basic courtesy to acknowledge and update patients if running late. One rude staff members can break your experience here!!! I had to visit twice to purchase my already in-stock contacts. More things could be said but thankfully the second team member was professional and a human!!!
Not good. I had my eye checkup ther and got the new prescription. When I got the new prescribed glasses everything I see was slanted at a certain angle. I think the doctor is a quack. They said it might be because of PD so I had replaced the glasses with correct PD but still the glasses were wrong. The whole prescription is wrong. Also no help from the staff after going there to correct the prescription. 100 bucks gone to waste along with the money for glasses.
The worst place ever I took my mom there the office wasn’t clean and they were charging me 300 dollars just to change the lenses for the cheapest ones so i we to somewhere else and they charged us only $120
The optometrist herself was great, super friendly and gentle. The Vision Center staff on the other hand, garbage. Would rather spend their shift chatting with the same 2 customers who were exchanging life stories and laughing instead of helping the other folks waiting inside the store. We ended up leaving to shop so they could finish their conversation, but when we came back the employee wasn't even there anymore, she was now hanging over the counter chatting with the folks in returns.
