Disappointed with results. Feel like they can provide better post-op care, felt like they are over-booked, and that was made to seem like it was my problem.

So I did not see the doctor so this is not a review on the actual doctor. I was setting up to be a new patient . This is a review on whomever answers phones and responds to voicemails. I called this office on a Thursday and spoke to a person who gave me information. I then called back the next day Friday and it was around noon and got voicemail so I left a message. Dr K is the very best. His bedside manner is outstanding l. He explains things very well for the layperson to understand. He did my lasik surgery 15 years ago and I’m so happy to have found him again.
