Elvira the Optician and the doctors did a great job with my new glasses. The fit and function are incredible.
I could not get the screw back into my eye glasses. I went here and they put the screw back in for me for free. I was on and out within 3 minutes. Everyone was so friendly. They always are.
The entire office is wonderful and very friendly, especially Niko! Further I have been with Dr. Ritter for years now, not once has he failed to provide the most professional and beneficial care!

I have littles and they do such a great job helping them as well. Shout out to David who spent a lot of time helping me understand the break down of a glasses order for me. He was so patient, never once got upset and did a really great job helping me figure out the bill I was looking at. I really appreciate you all and the care you provide! 2 thumbs up always!
Niko is my Law Roach. He’s so fabulous and stylish and a consummate professional in the realm of eye care. He took amazing care of me. He listened intently to what I wanted and delivered it 10,000%. I am beyond happy with my glasses (you should see his- gorgeous). He found ALL the discounts and was an absolute delight. Niko deserves a raise, office manager.
