Eye exam and dr visit was fine. Really poor customer service and follow up from the staff. We never received the glasses we ordered, we got a refund, and will be going elsewhere.

Elvira the Optician and the doctors did a great job with my new glasses. The fit and function are incredible.
I could not get the screw back into my eye glasses. I went here and they put the screw back in for me for free. I was on and out within 3 minutes. Everyone was so friendly. They always are.
The entire office is wonderful and very friendly, especially Niko! Further I have been with Dr. Ritter for years now, not once has he failed to provide the most professional and beneficial care!
