Julie Bartik is a magician! She has such an EYE for picking great frames, flattering and honest - I truly value and appreciate her expertise. Ty Gallagher was super helpful with adjusting my frames to fit, fixing nose pads, etc! Thank you both for your professionalism and help.
It was my first visit, at the downtown Denver location, and my first pair of glasses. I made the appt because of the location, but I was overjoyed with the great customer service! They were a little behind (10 mins), busy day, which is fine; someone came out and apologized for the delay. After moving to Denver, I was worried about finding a trusted Optometrist, but I am incredibly grateful for finding MyEyeDr! Dr. Ellen Petrilla was so kind and patient with me, and made sure I understood every little thing going on with my sight. Ty Gallagher was also a rockstar! He helped me find the perfect pair of frames and talked me through what will fit best for me and why! The entirety of the staff were are very caring and attentive. All-in-all, a great experience! I am so glad I found my new eye doctor.
