Talk about an actual lifesaver! So thankful to Michelle! I have terrible vision and had a busy week of very important work meetings and was frantically searching for an emergency pair of contacts everywhere in the city - I normally order my contacts online through 1800contacts and was literally having the worst time with having them delivered & of course my glasses had to break a week before - thankfully Michelle was able to get me a pair of contacts and waited for me after hours and was so sweet to let me put them in. Been going to this location for a few years now. They always do an awesome job! I went in today for a pair of prescription sunglasses and Amber helped me. She got to do a little training with me and did amazing job! She also helped me pick out a great pair of sunglasses! Can’t wait to go pick them up when they’re ready. Definitely recommend this location for regular glasses, prescription sunglasses or contacts!
UPDATE: Just heard from this office’s GM about this issue, and a great deal was done to make things right. As mentioned in the initial review, I think this was a situation with an unfortunate confluence of circumstances, and I appreciate the human touch of both acknowledging the issues and working to fix them. This has been one of the more frustrating disconnects between teams that I’ve experienced at a medical provider. I have an old prescription for my glasses, which I previously only used at night, so the outdated prescription wasn’t a big deal. But I now have a viral eye infection that requires me to wear my glasses for a month.
