I came in to get my eye exam for new updated glasses. Instead the eye doctor Did extra things I didn’t ask for and when I went to check out I had to pay 135.00 out of pocket that my insurance would not pay Instead of my regular co pay. I am furious as during this time of COVID-19 we are all trying to save money and I was blind sided by the extra charge. I will NOT be returning

I liked the doctor he was great ... but who has ever heard of a “contact fitting fee” of $60-85? So essentially if your prescription changes they charge you 60-85 bucks if you want to walk out with a box of a weeks worth of contacts and new ones in your eyes. They didn’t tell me this before I put the new contacts in my eyes and the woman literally made me remove them from my eyes and throw them away because I did not want to pay $60-85. Are u kidding!!! My appt was for 11:30. I was there at 11, and the only person in the office. At 12:30 I still was not called back,yet everyone else that came in went straight back. Needless to say I got up and left. I do Not have to be treated that way. Went over to success vision on McCain Blvd and saw their DR. As a walk in. Got right in.

I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam last week. The appointment was set for this Wednesday (tomorrow) at 10:30am. I had to call in yesterday to confirm price. And they were nice and even said, "We have you scheduled for Wednesday at 10:30. We will see you then." Well, today I get a call from some lady, who shouldn't be speaking with customers.
