I ordered two pairs of glasses from Vision Care Optical on Bayview and am extremely disappointed in the after sales experience. The consultation went just fine. Betty is a sweet and polite lady. I had asked for two pairs one Transitions and one Polarized for two frames that I provided myself. Betty suggested getting AR and anti scratch coatings which I agreed to.
