I went in for a new patient appointment today and I cannot say nothing but great things about Vision Care Cumberland. The front desk staff are very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I just moved to Cumberland and was looking for a new eye doctor. I went to Vision Care with a fairly unique prescription. The dr gave me a trial pair of contact lenses which fit poorly, turned in my eyes and did not provide clear vision. I called back to follow up and they told me contact lenses turn in your eye naturally and that the prescription was correct. They said they would contact the dr to follow up with me but he never did. I will never go back. Horrible experience.
