Staff and physician are courteous and very helpful. They knew my insurance plan coverage, which was very helpful.
Doctors nice. Support staff are ignorant and hard headed. Support staff won't listen and won't take advice for simple things you have done for 50 years, like shipping. They rely on their "third party" to ship, ok, then their "third party" restricts claims on deliveries "supposedly" delivered, with no proof of delivery whatsoever. FedEx sends a picture of delivery Amazon sends a picture of delivery UPS sends a picture of delivery USPS does NOT deliver to my house Please provide "proof" of delivery.
