Roxanna I wanna say thank you for being so caring and kind! Had a bad migraine with eye pain she worked me in so I could be seen:) Need more people like her ❤️ she took the time to get a nurse and ask her what her thoughts were. I felt very cared for on the phone and in person. The whole staffing there is actually amazing! Had to bring the kiddos a long one gal gave my son an eye activity book to keep him busy:) they joked and laughed as we waited for Dr. S thanks much to all of you! ❤️
I cannot say enough great things about Vision Care. This was my first time here. I came in for an eye exam. Everyone was so friendly and explained everything so I could understand. When I asked questions they were answered. I was not hurried at all. Doctor was kind and gentle with last eye exam. When done he again explained everything and answered questions. Had a piece of wood in my eye. ER missed it and said it was just a large corneal abrasion (which there was one at the time). Of course after leaving the ER (St. Lukes downtown sioux city) i was still in quite a bit of pain but the biggest symptom of a corneal abrasion is feeling like you have something in your eye. I slept on it for a day. Woke up still in quite a bit of pain. Went into vision care clinic on hamilton and sioux city and the doctor found it right away! Listen, if you want or need a great eye doctor then come here. Doctor Keith Schrunk is mine and he has always been so kind, courteous, funny, easy going and well versed on everything for my needs and appointments. The staff are also absolutely amazing and always kind, helpful and fun! They really go above and beyond.
