This past weekend, I had an urgent question about my sons contact lenses. An eye doctor called me within 2 minutes, reviewed his records, and gave me clear instructions. Not only is the staff and doctors friendly, they offer this on call service for current patients. This is why I don't go to a big box shop. It was very helpful and appreciated. Glad my whole family has been going to this place for three years now.
Mo, as always, was great! The rest of the staff is great also but Mo takes it up a notch. The staff is always friendly and helpful there, the doctors and assistants are professional and on point. We never have long wait times, and they are willing to work with us as we complain about our aging eyes. lol
Been going to VCA for years and always extremely satisfied with the doctors, assistants and optical staff. Great select of frames!!
