The technician doing my eye tests was fantastic. He really explained the process and explained how the test worked. My prior eye Dr left the practice so I was concerned about who I would get assigned to since I was in the middle of some eye issues and testing. My new Dr was fabulous and was fully up to speed on my case from the notes Dr Helgen had left in my file. She answered all my questions and agreed with our the course of action I had established with Dr Helgen.
We had such a great experience at Vision Care Associates on N. Grand in Springfield! I had to take my 5-year-old son in for an eye exam before starting Kindergarten, and I was honestly a little nervous about how he’d handle it- but they were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, patient, and so good with kids. They really knew how to put him at ease.
