Watertown SD office: We made an appointment to order our new glasses because they are a VSP provider. (We had our eye exams elsewhere) Half the staff didn’t know why we were there, and the forms asked for a lot of personal information we saw no need to share. When we finally had the opportunity to choose our frames, the tech started waiting on another customer after she started with us so we had to sit and wait.
