I"be been waiting nearly six weeks for the glasses I bought from doctor mallory. The people in the front don"t seem to care at all about this and blow me off whenever I call in to see if they are finally ready. They said 2 to 3 weeks and Monday will be six weeks! They give excuses like "we were closed for two weeks for the holidays" and "you should expect a delay because you ordered in december". Sorry but there are no disclaimers about any delay. They knew I ordered in december and still promised 2 to 3 weeks. Really unhapp... read more
They never see you on time. Expect for a long visit. Usually takes an hour to be seen.
Worst eye doctor I have ever been too. I had to be seen by another doctor who told me my prescription given to me by Mallory was completely wrong. He also gave out detailed information about my eye condition to my husband which violates HIPAA. What ever you do, do not go to Dr. Mallory.
Don't expect to be called in when your appointment time arrives. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Used up most of a lunch hour waiting but had to reschedule for the next and go back to work. Took time off to accommodate the appointment, arrived 10 minutes early and waited 45 minutes and was told there were still three patients ahead of me. Had to cancel outright in order to make another appointment elsewhere.
Doctor Mallory and his staff are excellent! So sweet and wonderful. Soon as I walk in to my weekly appointments I am greeted by smiles, hellos and how am i feeling. Thank you Doctor Mallory and all the staff there! You guys are truly wonderful!
Dr Mallory has been my eye Dr. For many years!I wouldn't go any where eles!
