This place was utterly fantastic for years. Unfortunately once they transitioned to Mr. Eye, it seems to have gone down hill. Kudos to the wonderful staff going through all the changes... What used to be complimentary is now 65 dollars. Go support a local optometrist! The private equity firm has completely destroyed what made this place so special
2025-12-18 update - they've officially been bought out by private equity and I'm moving my business elsewhere. Institutional investor-backed small healthcare practice is a blight on this country. Sad to see this outcome for them. Doctor Shah was fantastic and so were the two employees who helped with lenses and frames as well as billing. Everyone felt like family and I actually enjoyed the visit, as unlikely as that sounds when it comes to an optometry appointment.
Crystal was very helpful and patient, positive attitude and made me feel amazing with my new frames, will definitely recommend !
The screw for my nose pads were not the right size for my new glasses. The staff member who helped me out was Crystal. She was very kind and understanding. She helped me find the right screw. Fixed in under a couple minutes!
