I appreciate how every person working at Vision is very knowledgeable and efficient. I'm always crunched for time, but I've never had a problem either going into the branches or using the drive-thru. That's HUGE for me! I've also had issues with fraudulent charges and they were settled quickly! Great bank!!
This bank is just awesome. They are all friendly and helpful. I had a large list of fraud charges from someone using my Google account for small amounts over a few months. They got everything sorted and refunded within a week. I've banked here for close to 20 years and never a problem.
