Had them re gear a truck of mine because I didn't have time to do it myself. Within a week the pinion nut backed off and wrecked the gears. The only way this happens is if you use your new pinion nut while setting the gears. You are supposed to use your old pinion nut while setting up and then use your new one on final assembly. Truck broke down on me in a different state and they would not warranty labor or parts. Had to take it to a different shop and pay again to have their mistake fixed. RecommendedHad a bunch of suspension/exhaust work done there a few months ago and Sean and the guys were super helpful in getting my rig exactly the way I wanted it. Couldn’t be happier. I had a small issue with the suspension (not their fault) and they resolved everything without a fuss. I really appreciate the great service and will for sure be back for both bumpers and eventually a snorkel ;)
RecommendedI’ve made several purchases at 4 Wheel Parts - Tulsa. They have a great selection of off-road parts, they’re very knowledgeable and the entire staff treats you like family.
I drove 3 hours one way to get there and was running a few minutes late due to traffic on 75. I called John and asked if he cwould stay a few minutes and he did. I figured there would be disgruntled attitudes since it was a Saturday and never been there before but I was greeted with a smile and top notch service. You have a customer for life. Awesome prices and nothing beats a happy crew glad to help you out.
RecommendedI drive a hour and half each way just to see these guys. There place is clean and there techs are very good at what they do and very knowledgeable. John is my salesman and he’s very laid back and knowledgeable and will fight for you to get the best deal possible. I’ve been to over 5 4wheel parts from Colorado Springs old and new location to thousand oaks CA 4 wheel parts and these guys are the best. Call and ask for John . Heck or Chris there both good dudes. Management is doing a good job. Also they support there military.
Customer service after the sale isn’t prioritized at all. Management seems to set this tone.
