The appointment was great, very nice staff in person. Needed to get insurance from the state, they told me where to go, so I did and acquired the insurance and was told it would be available electronically. Now the girl I called went even help me look it up so I can get my glasses. Guess i'll be going elsewhere, I requested my prescription to do so. Oh well, the Dr. Was great on my visit, the staff that handle the phone when you press 1 dont seem to care. Update: they fixed my problem, got my glasses. Good deal.
