When my son was 4 yrs old I took him here for glasses. I then took that prescription to Children's Hospital in Boston because we had an appointment there. That weekend 20 doctors studied my sons issue and they called and told me that Vision associates was right on the money. They could not assure me enough what a great outcome I had here.

I am always impressed with the customer service whenever I call or visit the office for myself or my children. The staff goes out of their way to help fit us in around our crazy schedules. The assistance to get glasses is truly about the price range of the customer and they don't try to oversell. The doctors are always thorough and professional. Our family is very happy with vision associates.
Recently bought a new pair of eye glasses and I had a great experience. Jon Cabral was awesome; provided excellent customer service and made sure I was completely happy with my glasses. Definitely will be going back and if you need a pair or glasses or sunglasses I highly recommend you check them out.
I have known Dr. Dena Hall for years. She is a wonderful caring doctor. The best there is!
