RecommendedGreat staff, knowledgeable Doctor, great frame selection, fair prices, easy, free parking and they accept lots of different insurances.
It’s been eight weeks so I called to check to see when my glasses would be available for pick up, they were not sure but reassured me they would call me the next day. That day came and went with no phone call. Hopefully the end result is quality eye wear but I believe eight weeks or longer to get a pair of glasses is too long. Please be prepared to wait a long time to get your glasses.
I've gone here for years, great Dr. patient care and customer service is also great. I highly recommend this place over one of the other places just for the care.
We visited Vision Arts today to get our little 3 year old fitted and i believe we worked with Michelle and just let me tell you how awesome she is!!! Michelle made us feel so comfortable. We tried on a few different styles as they do not have the "try-on" Bambino frames (which is what we choose to get). She helped us understand how this process works with ordering and time frame to actually get the glasses back. I am so pleased with the service we received from them. My husband went there for an eye exam. He was really happy with Dr. Smick and his staff. Dr. Was very knowledgeable and thorough with his exam. My husband is really looking forward to getting his new ! Thank you Dr. Smick and staff!
