My mom came here to get her eyes checked. Have they never heard of air conditioner? I bet it was 90 degrees in that waiting room. Just wanted to die the whole time felt like I was melting in there. My butt was stuck to the seat with sweat, it was seriously that bad.
Horrible customer service! I do NOT recommend. I had an appointment made directly by an optometrist who knows the doctor. Not three feet in the door the receptionist without even looking up, loudly asks my name. I quietly tell her and with clear irritation she loudly asks who my doctor is, tells me, and the WHOLE WAITING ROOM, she has no file for me and I would be paying $240.
