The lens popped out of my eyeglasses while on a visit to Chicago. I walked into this place just before closing on a Saturday unannounced and the lady behind the counter fixed my glasses on the spot and free of charge. Thank you Vision 20/20!
This is my second eye exam and consult with Dr. Van Pham and once again it was an extremely pleasant experience. He’s very thorough and explains everything. Patiently answers questions concerns, gives you info you need, recommends what is in your best interest and leaves you to decide for yourself without pressure. Great sense of humor a d a nice casual and conversational demeanor. His receptionist is also a sweetheart.
Awful and unprofessional. Talk down to you, treat you like an idiot. Had multiple appointments going on at the same time with only one doctor. Didn't clean properly between patients. Never going here again.
Wonderful exam and Dr Pham explained my eyesight to me in a way I could understand (after wearing glasses for 20 years). Great prices and my glasses were fit entirely in 20 min! Some do need to be sent out. Takes a range of insurance plans!
