Customer Service is always accessible When we had DSL, we used Visi as our ISP. I have no complaints about them. email and phone support was always available until late hours in the evening, and even on Saturday and Sunday. Since they are local, they didn't have 24 hour service, which was fine, but it was nice that they weren't governed by bankers hours.
