After making my appointment 2 months in advance, paying a deposit, speaking to Dale and other staff via email, facebook and by phone, and traveling 7 hours from Spearfish to get my tat on Monday...Dale denied ever having made the appt and said he was booked. Really? I don't care how good you are as a tattoo artist..if your customer service and personability suck..quite frankly..your are a negative representation of the business you work for. Had a tattoo done by Ron that turned out absolutely beautiful! Each day as it heals I can see more and more of the beautiful details and passion he put in it! Decided to get a surface piercing by Erik as well! Loved them both! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
