I recently visited Dr.Shah in his office. The visit was not scheduled earlier. He accommodated my request in less than 24 hrs. I fell on concrete foot path. My left knee suffered deep bone bruise with ACL partial tear and meniscus tear.I was supposed to go to Japan the next day and couldn’t cancel the trip.Dr.Shah took time to listen to my concerns.He explained my X-ray and MRI and patiently answered all my questions. I had a recent rotator cuff repair and also ended up turning into major surgery with a bicep repair. Reflecting back to day one I could not be more pleased with the care provided for me each step of the way. From the initial diagnosis to the scheduling process, the communication, the hospital, and especially Dr. Shah’s Surgical work. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Vishal Shah. He performed my ACL and meniscus surgery, and from start to finish, my experience was exceptional. The surgery itself went really well, but what stood out just as much was how much care he showed throughout the whole process. Dr. Shah was calm, professional, patient, and incredibly compassionate.
