Doctors on staff with Dr Gupta are very informative, polite, patient. You're given the time needed to discuss what you are feeling and so far have been given the best care. I would definitely recommend them tio anyone....
I have never had a bad experience with this group of physicians. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone has been so compassionate and willing to help or answer questions. I am so glad i found them.
Not very good. All I asked him to do was one thing. Next thing I know he’s telling me he has to run a lot of tests. Puts me under anesthesia to do the tests. Does other stuff “to see if it will resolve my issue” and at the end of it all. Tells me I have to live with it. I haven’t been back and still have an issue and because of all the unnecessary tests/procedures I’m worse off now than I was before.
I first met Dr Gupta when I was in the hospital. Didn't really know I needed a gastroenterologist but I did. I have been very pleased wiith the care and concern he and his staff have given me.
Dr. Gupta is one of those rare persons who not only possesses stellar skills, but also has a caring and compassionate bedside manner. I would highly recommend him.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gupta's for about 7 years, so has my husband. We love Dr. Gupta! He is thorough, very knowledgeable, explains everything very well and is compassionate and empathetic. His PAs are also very good. His office is new and very modern. The only problem I have with his practice is that when you call his office and want to speak with him or a PA, you are informed that you must make an appointment. That is just wrong.
Always been there when i needed them and worked hard to resolve any gastro problem i may have had .
Dr. Gupta has the absolute best bedside manner of any physician I have ever seen. He explained everything thoroughly. He was not in a hurry to get to the next patient, but instead took the time to listen to my questions and help me to understand my condition. I have never felt that a physician has truly cared about me and my needs as much as Dr. Gupta.
Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Gupta was knowledgeable and took time to listen to your concerns. He was very knowledgeable on the latest gastric procedures.
