Called office for appointment and was advised need medical records and will have it end of day. Called to follow up next day and was advised I need to sign a medical release. Why would the 1st person not address this and the 2nd person never sent the release form to the email. Wife is in severe pain, hospital said go to gastroenterologist and this gastroenterologists staff is incompetent at the highest level. Hire new staff members Doctor!!

The office is indeed dingy and is a bit dark, and aged. It's not in the best area, and is located in an old part of town. The entrance is on an upper second level, and the walkway around to the office door is a bit wonky and rickety. The office wait to be called was excessively long, and the office staff at the window were not real friendly. However, the Doctor himself is very friendly, very personable, was very re-assuring, very pleasant and upbeat. He was not at all condescending as most 90% of Doctors can be. Dr. Gandotra's staff is subpar. You have to wait on the phone for long periods of time just to speak with someone and when you finally get through they are rude and pass you around to voicemails I'm not sure they even check. I tried refilling a prescription and it took them over a week to finally call me (the message says 48-72 hours). A week of phone calls and messages from both my pharmacy and me to please fill my prescription, which I am now out of because it took so long. Dr Gandoltra is kind, considerate and thorough. Very intelligent and when talking to him I never feel rushed. Great office staff too!

IT WAS AMAZING HE TAKES THE TIME TO SPEAK TO YOU ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS... This doctor is the best. he definitely cares about his patients, has a very special bedside matter. He answers any questions you may have about your health. He has been my and my husband's for over over 10 years, I wouldn't want any other doctor for my stomach health. Dr Gandotra is main reason I am still alive, he found out that I had cancer!

Met him briefly before colonoscopy Office waiting room is disgusting rows of chairs Building is in poor repair and in a terrible neighborhood For follow up, the waiting room was packed. No empty seat. Was told I’d have to wait at least an hour. I had taken time off work so I left. They asked if I wanted results by phone or mail. I chose both. Have never heard from them. It felt like I was part of a herd of cattle. Disgusting.
