Purchased a Nordic Spa from Viscount Pools and Spas in Madison Heights. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable. The delivery crew called before they arrived and were very professional. The tub is exactly what I was looking for and priced very well. I'm going to purchase another spa from them in the fall and take it to the cottage in Gaylord. Thanks again! -Juston
Viscount is always incredible. Every time I need support with my pool they are kind and helpful. Plus, the prices are reasonable. Second note, as I am getting products another rep asks a customer how the grandchild is doing proving that they are intentional and care for their customers.
This team is so informative and a pleasure to connect with. I have a Nordic Spa (purchased from a different supplier up north) and when I called to seek help with a small leak, Rob was quick to guide me through ways to repair it myself over the phone. Unfortunately, despite his efforts, hot tub repair is not on the resume so I decided to use Viscount for their repair service.
