I got the 4 inch luxury hybrid and honestly the foam part is about 2 inches and the "pillow top" part isn't very thick at all maybe 3/4 to an inch even after washing and drying trying to fluff it up a little. It has lumps in it as wellm I tried to pull apart the bumps because it feels like cotton balls just bunched up together creating the bump and it still feels and looks really bumpy.
