I cannot say enough great things about this property and the incredible team that runs it. ViConti at Westshore is truly a beautiful community, but what really makes it special is the staff. The manager Leslie is absolutely phenomenal. She leads with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the residents. You can tell she truly wants people to feel at home. I’m moving to the area and just stopped in hoping to get some information. TYLER was extremely helpful and even accommodated me for a tour of the property! His helpfulness honestly made me want to move in right away! Visconti is lucky to have him at the front!
Tyler was an outstanding leasing agent during our visit to Visconti at Westshore. From the moment we met him, he was very professional, welcoming, and attentive. He maintained great eye contact, spoke in a polite and respectful tone, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. I’ve lived here for a few years and would say it’s one of my favorite apartment complex’s in Tampa. There’s a few things that stand out to me but the first is the location and price. You’re right next to the mall, the airport, and multiple restaurants and activities in walking distance. The guest parking is a great perk since most places don’t have it and you risk towing or it’s pay $20 per day. We have lived at Visconti for a couple of years now and from day one it’s been amazing. The entire office staff is so attentive and professional. They have always put the tenants FIRST going above and beyond for our needs. It’s such an amazing atmosphere, with food trucks and events. I also have to mention the maintenance and ground keeping staff.
