Update 2: elevators have been been broken on one side of the building for over a month, they reopened them but they are unsafe and not up to code, see picture. Additionally some of the residents (I assume) decided to host a loud concert in the pool area at night, the. Building has remained silent on this issue makes it seem like they endorse this behavior. I want to give a huge shoutout to Hector from the maintenance team at Visconti at Westshore Apartments! He was excellent from start to finish. He showed up immediately when I needed assistance, quickly addressed the problem, and was extremely kind, courteous, and professional. Hector truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. They evicted me when my dad died and I was not in the country. His payments were automatic and came from his bank account which was frozen when my family notified the banks. Again - I was not in the country on vacation. When I got the email when I had some internet I responded to the payment missed notification email with the information about my father I had received and that I would be home in a week. They filed eviction anyway when they knew they had to physically serve me. I was served the day I got back, and paid into t... read more

Lived here a year with a roommate and we just moved out recently. This place is absolute trash. I could write a novel about all the things wrong with Visconti, but here are a few that stood out: - 3 of the 4 elevators were out of order for 2-3 months!!! Yes, 3 out of 4!! Imagine living on the 4th floor and bringing a car full of groceries in having to use the stairs. Or spraining your ankle and having to naviagte 4 floors of stairs with crutches. I lived here for a year and enjoyed it immensely. It's not perfect, but I'll echo another review and say it was the most "at home" I've felt in any apartment complex. The units are well maintained, and you can really tell the maintenance staff cares deeply about the property. I have caught many of them working late into the night on someone's request. I had to call emergency on call once, and they responded within the hour, and had it fixed within another hour. It was truly impressive. The office staff is so incredibly kind,... read more
