There are TWO residents that own all of these cars. You can’t park in these places because they switch their cars out and make other residents wait to go past them. They do not pay for parking tags and they store all of these on the 5th floor. One resident owns the Mazda, two motorcycles, two corvettes, a purple dodge hellcat, and a white 2 door truck. Not a luxury building. Constant issues. Difficult staff. Except the ONE guy in maintenance who finally fixed the geiser of sewer water
Update: I’ve lived at Visconti at Westshore for over 6 months, and while the location is convenient, my experience with the unit and with management’s responsiveness has been frustrating enough that I want prospective residents to have a fuller picture. The community is advertised as non-smoking, but my unit has had a persistent cigarette odor that has never been properly resolved despite multiple attempts and my repeated requests. So much noise around this building, including the A/C units- they're so freaking loud you can't sleep in peace. Parking situation is absurd in the garage, you literally need to be home by no later than 9pm everyday to make sure you can park on your floor. If you don't find parking then you gotta park in the guest parking floors (5th & 6th) and there's no elevator access to those floors, which should definitely not be the case..
