This place is good! I’ve lived here for two years and it’s been a good experience! I’d say it’s a 3 star apartment. It’s a fair price and I haven’t had a bad experience here. All maintenance requests have been fast and I haven’t had any bad experiences so I would recommend it! Only giving 3 stars because it’s an average apartment but it’s like 4 or 5 stars for the price
Well, very bad with this place when we applied we pay the deposit $300, but we cancel the decision to move there we never signed the lease we noticed them our decision and Jo told us that they won't to return our deposit. We understand deposit works when you sign the lease and move out there, but we never signed the lease. So be very careful 🧐. I signed my 2nd yearly lease April 2025. Very satisfied living at Visconti Westshore. A big reason is the maintenance/security people. Always timely fixing items in the apartment. On the 4th of July, I accidentally/carelessly sent my car and other keys down the trash chute when taking out the garbage. I called the Visconti Westshore maintenance/security hotline and Joel and one other helpful gentleman showed up quickly. Joel climbed up the chute, looked in, then reached and grabbed my keys!
